The Carlisle is our newest model and has a versatile, open floor-plan with three bedrooms, two baths and a multi-level kitchen island. The kitchen spills out to the living and dining areas, making it the perfect entertaining home.

The Carlisle is approximately 1462 square feet, but can be expanded to almost 1600 square feet as an XL model. The Carlisle was designed with value and comfort in mind.
